Set up to look like a 1940s gambling parlor, Macao Trading Co is the spot to go
for Chinese Portuguese fusion cuisine. Dimly lit with accents of red lights, and
the dark wood made it the perfect spot for some vampy photos. On the first
floor, there were really random relics along the walls, but the lower level was
a nice lounge like vibe. The server was really friendly and the star of the
dishes for me was the delectable lobster noodles. Apparently they're known for
their cocktails, so I tried the Bashful Maiden and Piscine. Unfortunately the
former's taste was too light, but I loved the latter which composed of
champagne, bergamot liqueur, seasonal berries.
